[vimeo 241735763](ARCHIVED) Viewing recommendation: Press play and then press pause for a while. Watch for the download percentage and be aware of the grey download bar (moves to the right as the video loads). Let the video load and don’t play parts that have not downloaded yet. That ensures smooth video performance. 🙂
We are here to help, teach, and learn, and we provide the key knowledge that helps people “let go” of tinnitus.

Mr Dainis how can i get in tocuh with you? I couldn`t find your email.
Thank you, I’m going to give it a try. I lived with Tinnitus for over 20 years, but it is louder than ever now and I’m determined to find a solution. I will find it, someday, hopefully here.
Thanks,

Wonderful, yes, the path out from tinnitus is clearly outlined here. We are, however, dealing with your whole life, your whole self, not with “just” the alarm bell ringing in your system. The tinnitus is there to help you, if you continue on this path with us, it will. Our program starts with you feeling better and better and better, and then usually there are some “life issues” to deal with. Get through that part, and there might just be a “Tinnitus Liberation Tree” planted in your honor. 🙂
My Tinnitus seems unconventional – it happened after I was prescribed Afrin (4 days)for a sinus irritation (I had ear ringing and increased pulse for several hrs the day I ceased its use) but the rebound blossomed into sinusitis and my doc gave me Omnaris for it, only for it to result 2 days later in a temporarily white tongue, increased pulse rate (for 2 months), and tinnitus (4 months now). There are no structural probs they could devine with tymponography or a MRI and my basic hearing is perfect, but the tinnitus is actually worsening over time.
My tinnitus started 18 years ago after jaw surgery. Six months and another jaw surgery the tinnitus got increasingly worse. It has continued to get worse over time. I have tried everything I have heard about and nothing helped and one even made it worse. I am really hoping that this site will provide me with some relief…maybe even “cure” it.
Hi LaDaine: Good for you! I’m very happy that you’ve chosen to learn more about tinnitus and that you’ve enrolled in our free program. Over the next 7 days, you’ll be getting emails that will teach you more about tinnitus and what you can do. It will then be up to you to move forward. Once you’ve gotten to know us better, I hope you’ll be confident enough in CureTinnitus.org to join us and allow us to help you further. Keep us informed about your progress and what you think of our program…
Thank you for the work you are doing for the people like myself suffering from this illness. My tinnitus started in 2007 after i went to the hospital for a irritated ear canal and the doctor prescribed “neomycin and polymyxin b sulfates and hydrocortisone otic suspension, usp” and something else i dont remember. It came on slightly and i didnt pay it too much attention untill i had a blackout spell and it became louder.I dont have ringing,it is my pulse and it is a awfull feeling. I now live it florida and it is even worse,i can’t sleep without my tv on.I just can’t believe that doctor gave me that medicine that gives people such a bad illness.God help us all.
I came across this site from watching a video about Visual Snow (which I believe is extremely rare but does exist and I have visual snow :()
Anyway I have Tinnitus with 20 years now. I got it first when I was 17 years old. I learned to live with up to two weeks ago when I was woke up by extremely loud Tinnitus in both my ears. That went away in my left ear within 24 hours , but its still relatively loud in my right ear. Most nights I managed to sleep with this but two nights ago it kept me awake because it was extremely loud.
This varies in loudness with the past two weeks. For instance : it was barely notiable this morning but now I can hear it over everything else. Also in the past 24 hours the hearing in my right ear has improved a lot.
My doctor saw excess wax in my right ear so I am having that cleaned this evening.
I am hoping that over time this website will help me deal with this. Also I came across another site http://www.tinnitusresearch.org/ which shows that over the past four years over 250 scientists from different fields of research are doing a great deal of research into tinnitus.
Hello,
I started having tinnitus in my left ear only a year and a half ago. I was told by doctors that there was nothing to do about it except maskers wich does not make sense to me. I have researched online for some kind of solution but most of what I found are companies trying to prey on the people with this condition. At any rate, I would welcome any sincere advice or help.
P.S.: I enjoyed the spirit and humour of the guy who wanted to jump from an airplane but don’t do it, it must be quite painful. But thinking about it, the sound of the air during the fall would cover the tinnitus, so it might not be soo bad an idea.
Best regards,
Ariel
that’s me…yes i did think about that and am glad i’m through that phase now…maskers never made sense to me, it’s one of the reasons i created this healing community here at curetinnitus.org. welcome and best wishes, dainis
Hello,
I am suffuring from tinnutis since a month and a half
but i lost hearing in my left ear ( % 40) for high frequencies and about (%10) in the right as the doctor said.
is there a real cure to that ? is it possible i get my hear back?
I’m so sad about it and keep thinking, i’m just 30 yo.
God bless u, I wish all of us will be treated.
Regards.
the mindset of “is there a real cure” is more limiting than “i will create a healing plan for myself and get better day by day with appropriate support.” as you move towards health, you will find and experience what is possible for you. our guidelines and support gently help you move from stuck to liberated. it is sad to experience what you are experiencing…at only 30 years old…i understand. now it’s time to create an effective healing plan and move forward.

Hi! Ok. I m a member so what is next. Do i. Wait for emails to come in ?
currently, the automatic emails are not working, however, when you log in with your username and password, you should be taken to a page that has a list of daily articles/videos for you.
to help guide you in your process, please feel free to make comments and ask questions.
hang in there and tinnitus onset can be very unsettling. unfortunately, the info available about tinnitus presents radically different views. also, tinnitus forums and support groups can be extremely negative regarding the “incurability debate.”
rest assured, you can go from habituating (coping), to reducing, and some have gone so far as to eliminate tinnitus entirely. here, we cannot guarantee results, but we can guarantee kindness, support, and compassion.
sincerely,
dainis
