The voice of Julian is quite diffcult to hear compared to the voice of Dainis. Please turn the volume of Julian’s voice up. Thanks!
Thank you Thomas, that is now on my task list. I’ve done quite a bit of work on this and I know that the Julian’s voice is quite quiet in comparison to mine in certain videos. I have a process developed to improve it a bit, but it’s really time consuming. I mean like a few hours per video. Also, I really get it that straining to hear the sound on a tinnitus site is probably really annoying, so I really know where you are coming from. Please understand that the technical side of this isn’t that simple and that I am working to improve the member experience as best I can.

You know…I found another solution…neat! I am converting the video right now, which can take a few hours on the server. A new video with adjusted sound volumes should be up within a day or so. 🙂
