CureTinnitus.org Tinnitus Tip: Inevitability
Sometimes it’s not enough to have goals that seem out of reach. Sometimes it helps to just map out where you are now on the left side of a sheet of paper, and put where you want to be on the right side.
In the middle, write, draw, for goodness sakes SCRATCH in what helps move you towards your gaol, and what moves you away from it.
Can anyone promise you’ll achieve your goals? No, but for me, when I started ensuring that at least I considered my plans, my steps, my actions, and my choices to be in line with making my goals, needs, and desires INEVITABLE — well that’s really when things started coming together for me.
And maybe that can happen for you too…
[wcm_restrict]”Inevitability” is a mindset where you basically figure out how a particular desired result can become inevitable. Not probable, not possible, not even likely, but inevitable. That means you focus on creating the conditions that guarantee success.
How can we apply that to tinnitus? How can you create the conditions that make healing inevitable?
For me, right now, what comes up in my mind is
I need to surround myself with positive, supportive, and happy people
I need to improve my primary relationships with family members
I need to eat the right foods and get enough exercise
I need to relax.
I need time
What comes up in your mind?
How can you create the conditions that make healing inevitable for you?
You certainly need the right knowledge, support, and actions.
The right knowledge:
Do you have books on curing tinnitus? Have you worked with practitioners who can help you, or are you working with people who broadcast that tinnitus is incurable? Are you part of a support group, and how does that support group treat you?
You can gain the right knowledge as a member of the CureTinnitus.org Community. The community has a low monthly fee, and people who cannot afford it can always request a scholarship.
The right support
With so many people insisting that tinnitus is incurable, it’s quite challenging to align your life with people who think otherwise. As a member of the CureTinnitus.org Community, you have a safe, private, positive place to seek solace and to coordinate your healing.
The right actions
Some of the right actions are actually “inactions” Ha ha. What I mean is “rest” is a very necessary “action” for many people with tinnitus. Sometimes you need to stop doing things that are hurting you and start doing things that heal you.
You can learn about the right actions to help you with tinnitus as a member of the CureTinnitus.org Community.
